Frank owns and operates a general contracting business here in the St. Louis area. Frank and his wife Esther have been married for 37 years and members of St. Louis Family church since 1990. Esther has a background working career that covers family business, décor sales and floral design. She has always valued volunteering in the church, past Service International trips, and many years of children’s and middle school ministry at NCF and SLFC. Frank and Esther have spent 4 years working with International Students Inc. Frank and Esther minister in the St. Louis County Jail where Frank has been a minister there for almost 8 years.
